Comprehensive Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) Cardiac First Responder (CFR) course for the lay rescuer. 

• It is particularly useful for those expected to respond to cardiac emergencies in the workplace.
• It is designed to teach CPR (Adult, Child & Infant).
• Use of and A.E.D.
• Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction
• Recognition of Stroke and the appropriate care as per the standards set by the PHECC. 

Duration

1 Day Course (8 Hours)

Certification

Attendees receive a course completion card upon successfully completing the course. Certificate valid for two years. 

Approval

P.H.E.C.C. & I.H.F.

Assessment

The course is delivered through Theory and Practical Sessions.  Ongoing assessment by the instructor is employed along with a theory test and skills demonstration is required to achieve certification.
